I want to check availability or make a booking, how do I do this?

Simply click here to send us an email with your preferred dates and pitch type and we will get back to you as soon as possible, or call the office on 01945 585044 during office hours of 9am – 4pm on weekdays.

 

Do you allow fire pits / BBQ’s?

Yes, all of our pitches have a fire pit, if you want to use the fire pit for cooking on we strongly suggest you bring a grill from home as ours are not suitable to cook directly on.  If you are using your own BBQ please make sure it is off the ground to prevent fire and scorching the grass.

 

 

What time is check in and check out?

You can check in any time after 1.30pm and check out is 11.30am during peak season.  If you would like to arrive earlier, please check with us the day before your stay, if there’s no one on your pitch we are happy to accommodate you, this also applies to check out times in low season.

 

 

Is the campsite child friendly/safe?

Yes, as long as common sense is used. There is plenty of open space at The Secret Garden for your children to play safely under the watchful eye of responsible parents.

 

 

We are due to arrive at The Secret Garden within the next few days but the weather looks terrible can we move our booking to a later date?

I am afraid moving your booking because of bad weather would mean you lose your reservation and it would be classed as a cancellation with no refund offered.

 

 

I have a balance to pay for my booking, how do I do this?

You pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking then the remainder is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you want to pay the balance before that date, that’s fine too. Just phone the office on 01945 585044 to pay by card over the phone or to pay by bank transfer click here to email us to ask for our bank details.
