Booking Terms and conditions

Weekend bookings outside the summer holidays require a minimum stay of 2 nights -

either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds or discounts for bad weather, late arrivals, or early departures. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before arrival.

Single-night stays must be paid in full at the time of booking.

While we always try to allocate your preferred pitch, we cannot promise specific pitches, as we need flexibility to accommodate both short and long-stay guests throughout the season.​

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit - typically 50% of the total cost - has been paid.

A booking confirmation will be sent by email, outlining your dates and stay details. Please check this carefully and notify us of any errors. Any outstanding balance is due 2 weeks before arrival and can be

paid via the payment link.
