Please be aware that all of our pitches are for both caravans and tents, especially the electric ones.
At times during wet weather pea gravel has had to be put on some electric pitches to aid in drainage and prevent vehicles from getting stuck. With this in mind please bring extra groundsheets
for your tents or awnings.

Weekends (2 night minimum stay, includes arrivals on Saturdays)

Booking Terms
Weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights - Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. Full payment is required 2 weeks before arrival.
If you need to cancel your pitch please notify us as soon as possible. If your plans change and you request to come on a different date during the season then we will always try to accommodate your change, but we cannot guarantee that your request can be met.
Although we will endeavour to give you your preferred pitch we cannot guarantee this as we have to maintain pitch flexibility to accommodate both short and long stay visitors throughout the season.
Group bookings of more than 3 pitches are only accepted by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the Secret Garden, we will also require full payment for the entire booking 6 weeks before arrival. The organiser of the group is responsible for collecting the deposits and final balances which are required to secure the booking. Group bookings will not be available during the school holidays or bank holiday weekends.
A booking may be made by email or phone. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid, normal deposit is 50% of your total stay.
A confirmation of booking will be sent by email, showing the dates booked and the details of your stay. It is your responsibility to check all details are correct and to inform us of any errors. Any balance owing is payable 2 weeks before arrival. This can be paid by card over the phone or by bank transfer.
